With a strong background in building and leading teams in IT&T, advertising, marketing and financial services, Rex is experienced in the ongoing requirements of business to be creative, innovative and agile.  

Rex is the creative lead on program development. His breadth of knowledge and experience means he is consistently engaged to mentor and coach senior executives.  His business experience and approachability, combined with clear strategic thinking, and practical problem solving, is what clients find most valuable.  

Jacqui Ferris

Jacqui is a highly respected Executive Coach and Facilitator and Presenter who has coached and advised leaders in internal organisational roles and as an external coach, since 2003.

Jacqui designs and delivers tailored one-on-one, team coaching and leadership development programs for executives and Board directors, working closely with Human Resources and Organisational Development clients to scope and deliver seamless results via targeted and practical engagements.
